Semanas antes de la gran fiesta, se comienza a celebrar por las calles con los famosos ¨Carnavales da Rua¨ que amenizan los ¨Blocos¨, grupos de artistas con bandas musicales populares que realizan fiestas y ¨Marchinhas¨ mientras recorren los barrios de la ciudad y la gente los acompaña bailando y cantando. ¨Ela Não Vai ¨ es uno de los Blocos más grandes de São Paulo que animan las fiestas durante el Carnaval.
Comienzan los desfiles oficiales de las más grandes escuelas de baile que compiten por el título de ¨Campeona del Carnaval¨. El primer día los grupos se lucen con las mejores máscaras, carros, disfraces y un espectáculo de más de una hora por grupo.
Las musas del carnaval de São Paulo lo lideran un grande grupo de «Pasistas», que desfilan independientemente con cada escuela de samba y se encargan de conquistar al público junto al Puxador, el líder de la música que suele ser un personaje famoso.
El entusiasmo y alegría alcanza su máximo nivel en São Paulo durante los días festivos. Una fiesta que no pasa desapercibida ante los ojos del mundo y que, año tras año, incrementa seguidores y visitantes dispuestos a disfrutar y gozar al ritmo del Carnaval de Brasil en sus diferentes ciudades, abriendo paso a experiencias inolvidables.
